North Shore Fertility is an Illinois fertility center conveniently located in the Chicagoland area in Skokie and Schaumburg. Both offices are easily accessible from major highways as well as Midway and O'Hare airports. We are currently expanding our practice and will have offices in downtown Chicago and Oakbrook next year.

Our mission is to provide the best possible care to women to achieve a pregnancy. We focus on compassionate, individualized care. Infertility is a physically and emotionally demanding condition. We understand the special needs of couples going through infertility. We look at each and every patient as an individual, and tailor the treatment to their unique situation. We strive to make every patient feel that they are getting personalized care.

Services offered include the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in both the male and female including the standard tests to evaluate infertility. We offer medical treatment such as Clomiphene citrate, Injection fertility medications, Intrauterine inseminations (IUI), and Advanced Reproductive Technology (ART) including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Pre-implantation Diagnosis (PGD).

We work closely with egg donor agencies. This procedure allows women whose ovaries are not functioning well the ability to become pregnant and bear children.

Dr. Anne Borkowski and Dr. Susan Davies are the doctors on staff at North Shore Fertility and they are both compassionate and caring physicians. They specialize in reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies. They strive to provide the best care possible to all of their patients and to optimize their chance of success.
